Solihull Archers welcome new and returning members all year round.
To shoot with us, you need to be a member of ArcheryGB, County of Warwickshire Archery Association and West Midlands Archery Association. The prices below include the fees to all of the above organisations. This covers your insurance to shoot with us at the archery club, enter competitions, submit records and attend club and national events
Membership costs are on a pro-rata basis and change quarterly – when choosing which membership you should purchase, review the table below and the banding guidance.
During the indoor season there is a surcharge of £3 per session to cover the costs of renting the hall.
- Senior Members – Aged 25+ and not a disabled/para archer
- 18-25 – anyone aged 18-25
- Junior – anyone younger than 18
- Disabled – anyone with a disability.
Notes for Disabled Archers – If aged 18-25, you can chose either 18-25 or Disabled membership. If you require assistance at competitions then please choose Disabled. Please also contact the club to make sure we can accommodate any requirements you have.

Steps to becoming a member.
- Complete a Beginner’s Course.
- Complete the New Members Form and email it to us (download here)
- Purchase a membership. Details on how to pay will be provided once your membership has been approved.
- Come and shoot!
If you completed a beginner’s course at Solihull Archers, you don’t need prove you have completed one unless it was over 5 years ago.
If you completed a beginner’s at a different club, we will need to see a copy of your certificate.
Have you completed a Beginner’s Course
To shoot with Solihull Archers you must have completed and Archery GB beginners course. If you have already done one, please provide proof that you have in the form of your certificate or a written confirmation from the club you completed the course.
If you have not completed a beginners course yet, check our Course Page to see if we are running any at the moment and if you can book onto one.
If you haven’t completed a course and want to join, please email us and we can try and assist you in your archery journey, perhaps by attending a “Have-a-go” session with us.
